This is a more traditional search method. This is the
preferred method for executive level positions,
positions that require a candidate whose services
are integral to overall organizational success and
positions for those who hold key leadership
responsibilities. Retained searches are given priority
status in terms of the time and resources that are
dedicated. Furthermore, we will not present a
candidate to more than one client at a time in a
retained search. While this method does require an
up-front commitment the overall percentage is
generally less than with a contingency agreement.
Additionally, the fee can be made in installments
rather than a single lump sum.
